Gangar Eyenation — False representation, telling lie and poor quality

Disclaimer: This is my personal experience only.. Other customers may have different opinion...so consider this is a reference and not the bench mark.

Refer to my complaint posted a week ago..(Hiren30). Where I have mentioned about the quality of the product and also charging high prices for frames and glasses. I am wearing the spectacles from the age of 5 years and tried all the different brands in Mumbai and Pune. The experience with Gangar is very much poor in terms of the quality compared to other brands.
The additional experience is about how the Gangar staff is telling lie. When made a complaint about the photochromatic issue, the sale person told, i will call our technical team mumbai and we will investigate. (1st Lie-when they know themselves about their product), . The person came and he mentioned all about the transition, and the technicality of photochromatic, which i did not digest. (2nd Lie). Thereafter, a frame was given to them for 2 days and on 3rd day, it was told to me that, there is no issue and with this price i.e 14, 500 you will get this quality of photochromatic only. I was handed over the spectacles without listening or accepting their quality of product. Over an above, giving me an offer go for the higher category and pay only the difference. I denied the same.
2 days after, just to check whether the person, was really from Mumbai or not I just observed from outside, to their Aundh branch, where the said person was serving. I called him from the outside and asked, whether he is in Mumbai or Pune? He told he is still in pune, and his job is dual location ( 3rd Lie), when i have seen the same person in Jan 24 same location. Therafter I visited to Pimple saudagar branch from where the spec was done, and asked to them, whether the person Mr Anjul Dubey left for the Mumbai. The person answered, yes he left on the same day..
Now you can judge the reputation of the the Gangar eye nation and the level how much they can lie..so based on this experience, I left to all prospective customer, think twice, or more time, before you go to Gangar Eye nation..Read the reviews...you may get a good reviews as well but considering the price, quality you may not be satisfied...
