Description - I am being charged hefty amounts of charges for the amount that is currently being refunded. After informing the card company multiple times I am still being asked to pay the amount that is currently being refunded.
I cannot convert my money into slice credit card money because the card is not accepted at a lot of locations.
Even after asking for paying the amount except the amount that is in refund process I was not allowed to pay the amount that is actually due to me. Instead more charges have been applied on top of it.
Desirable Resolution - Let me pay the amount that is due after deducting the amount is currently being refunded(49, 999). Was this information helpful? |
