Description - I am being charged hefty amounts of charges for the amount that is currently being refunded. After informing the card company multiple times I am still being asked to pay the amount that is currently being refunded.
I cannot convert my money into slice credit card money because the card is not accepted at a lot of locations.
Even after asking for paying the amount except the amount that is in refund process I was not allowed to pay the amount that is actually due to me. Instead more charges have been applied on top of it.
Desirable Resolution - Let me pay the amount that is due after deducting the amount is currently being refunded(49, 999).

I payed my slice credit card bill, ammount is deducted from my bank account but in slice it shows repayment fail. Please give me my money back ASAP.

Dear Sir,

I was late in repaying my Slice card fee and after multiple confirmations that the payment will be done on 1st July, the recovery agents harassed me and my colleague, Threatened our lives, abused us. The kept on calling from 100 different contact numbers even when we tried blocking them. They passed irregular comments and threatened to visit us at our homes and kidnap our family members.
