Hi, I booked courier on 25th oct to singapore .it shows the status as in new delhi on 27th oct, after that no updates on it.we tried to call UPS .they are asking us to follow local courier and investigate.The lady who is in charge of local courier(sathy road, coimbatore ) not giving proper answer, asking us to raise complaint and cut the call abruptly.the service is very poor.we are expecting things for deepavali .please do something

    I have sent a Consignment to USA from your Ganapati, Coimbatore br on 27th, October, 2021. The tracking order facility provided in your website is not working at all. I have tried to contact the Ganapati br people, needless to say their response was pathetic. Neither the live chat nor customer service number provided also not working.

    What should I to get the tracking details.

            Please refer to invoice number [protected] dated 27-09-21. After payment of the charged amount, the tracking id sent to my mobile is 1z63xv[protected]. It was not possible to track in ups.Com as this is a wrond id sent to my mobile. To day i went personally to enquire and the correct tracking id is 1z63xv[protected]. It is a blunder. Please let me know your followup action. Hope you will take appropriate step to correct the system.

              1. No compensation provided for the damage caused due to shipment delay.
              2. one of the other product took for damage investigation by UPS (Partner with Garudavega) is ABANDONED.

              im at loss of paying close to 600 USD shipping charge to the company.

              Agents disconnect phone call after hearing my name & no answer the emails.

                My family sent a parcel from Theni. It was 31 kg. We paid what ever amount to be paid including the service charge to chennai. It’s not dispatched from chennai saying we owe another 400. How can garudavega keep hold of a parcel saying we owe which we are not aware of. We didn’t say that we won’t pay the money. We paid more than 20000. Do they think that we won’t be able to pay this 400 or 500 and keep holding a parcel in Chennai. It’s almost 4 days and I dint get any tracking id.

                  My 3 packages totally 35kgms in weight, sent from India arrived soaked wet. All items inside were damaged due to the water inside. I have attached all the photos proof with this complaint. Worst storage and service by Garuda Vega. I need compensation for the items damaged due to their irresponsible service.

                    I sent a parcel to Millcreek Washington USA through Garudavega Chrompet Chennai on 19/08/2021.The receipt no is [protected] and the Ups tracking no is 1Z63XV[protected].while booking the parcel I was told that the parcel will be delivered in 4 working days.While tracking the UPS on 21/08/2021 it showed that the facility departed from NewDelhi.
                    After that since there is no update upto 24/08/2021 I contacted Garudavega over phone and sent so many mails to find out the location of
                    The parcel.But no responsible reply received.On 30/08/2021 Ireceived a mail from Garudavega stating that your parcel is missing and investigation
                    Is in process.I was very worried and contacted Garudavega for the update.
                    At last on 8/8/2021 I received a mail stating that the parcel found in DXB
                    and connected further.But even now no action is taken for the delivery of parcel.Almost 25 days over and Garudavega is not bothered to take proper
                    action to deliver the parcel.This shows their negligence and inefficiency
                    In their service.Still they are not in a position to tell when the parcel will be delivered to Millcreek Washington USA.

                      Have sent a package from NJ USA to Hyderabad. DHL took the package from me and messed up the label. The box was stuck in Bangalore and I was charged for storage for 2 days. When I reached out to Garudavega, they asked me to pay for it so that the package gets released.

                      I am not supposed to pay for someones mistake. On top of this, garudavega stopped answering my calls and replying to my emails. This is the worst service ever.

                      Better to use FedEx as they are more reliable and faster.

                        This person in the photo is incharge here in this branch. He is not fit to be a front desk person. he asked for aadhar card copies. i went out to take copies leaving my parcels in the branch. he opened and taped all the packets with out my perssion and konwledge. when i asked him about that he started to yell at me. 0% manners some one from garudavega teach your staff how to talk to customers. he did not even say an apology for his mistake.

                          My shipment was to USA and not moving when contacted CC one day they said it’s in transit nearby to Germany but in UPS.com showing as delhi after4 days again contacted CC they said it’s in destination place and will be delivered but in site still showing as delhi in transit today when called they are saying it’s in delhi. And should depend on UPS.com for tracking but not CC service representative. Then why having CC I am totally disappointed the way they speak and arrrogantly keeping aside the call on hold

                            Garudavega picked up our Parcel from Mumbai on the morning Aug 14th 2021. They did create a label till Au 17th 2021. Then shipped it another warehouse on Aug 18th. Its been in that warehouse in New Delhi x3 days now. On calling customer service, they reassured us that they will update and make sure the parcel reaches USA by Aug 21st. But there were no updates from them or on tracking site. On calling customer service again on Aug 20th, they gave same excuses, we will update you next day which is a Saturday. the only thing they told us is that maybe Maybe it might reach USA on Monday, but they were unable to give us any definite date. When they had first picked up our parcel, they has guaranteed us that the Parcel will reach USA home within a week. Their Mumbai agent doesn't pick up the phone and is not communicating updates to us. Both days(Aug 19th and 20th) the customer service puts off answering that we will update the next day. They took the parcel fees the 1st day but now are not able to deliver the goods and my parcel as guaranteed by them .
                            I would like to complain that they need to deliver my parcel (it contains homemade goods and masalas, pickles) via express delivery . They need to be fined for not delivering items/parcels as they guarantee on their site .

                              My parents did the courier from garudavega palakkad branch on 5 th aug 2021. We had an function on 18 th so they send us Indian dresses and sweets fir their grand kids thinking that it will reach here in USA atleast by 10th or 12. And its 19 th here now still no communication from them . I am trying to reach them through email n phone .even if they pick only one answer”sorry mam its on its way” .. now we missed The function, definitely the food items would have gone bad . If they dont know to deal with this service please stop the business. Dont waist peoples time and money. My old parents in this time spend more money to travel to palakkad just to send sweets and dress for their grand kids.
                              All theses days stressful for them and us. And still now I didn’t receive my parcel.

                                My parents sent a courier last week. The package is rescheduling continuously. From madurai to chennai, chennai to delhi, delhi to germany and now it's showing on the way, don't know now where it will go now??? Cargo flights are allowing in uae. But dont know why they are sending like this??? Tied up with ups, earlier it was dhl. That was too good. Wont recommend next time. Tracking no - 1Z63XV[protected]

                                  We were really disappointed to say this that we had missing items in the parcel which was delivered to Australia from Garudavega services at Anantapur, Andra pradesh, received yesterday.(Invoice No - [protected])
                                  We noticed that an expensive t-shirt, inner sports wear and a track pant and a black beads artificial set missing in the package costs around Rs 2600/-.
                                  Can you please enquire on this and refund us the amount? As this is the first time experience for us, it made us to loose hope and trust on Garuda Vega services .

                                  Please take this as high priority and kindly action it at the earliest .
