My parcel booke with this tracking ID [protected] and reached jalandhar on 03.01.2026. But not reached at my destination address till now. Kindly check and provide my courier as soon as possible....

Parcel was booked on 3rd of december, 2025 but after four days stiil on way..In transit from pune to rajkot!!!...

Docket no. [protected] shows out for delivery on 21/11/2025 but still material not delivered (25/11/2025) & it happen always with me, always we collected material by office take serious action...

I have booked my parcel on 17th November 2025 through Shree Maruti courier service from Ahmedabad to Patna. the consumer number is [protected]. I clearly requested delivery by air, but the parcel was sent by road while charging me flight charges. I was assured that the parcel would definitely be delivered by Thursday, 20th November 2025, or latest by Friday, 21st November 2025. however, it has still not been delivered even though it was...

I booked courier on 9th July 2025
They updated status till 11th July 2025 - saying it is out for delivery
since then there is no update.
I spoke to courier guys they gave me incorrect contact details
Tried calling customer service since past 3 days with no response
connected to local courier guy who is lying about the product.
There is no response from customer service team and everyone is clueless...

Invoices not uploaded in GST Portal, so kindly update the GST Portal.

Very worst service always late...

In order to track my parcel (consignment no. [protected]), I managed to obtain the no. of your Support staff from my vendor from whom I had purchased premium products. I called this Support rep - James - on his no. [protected] five times.

The first couple of times he did not answer my calls, the second time he answered and when I was in the middle of providing the cons. no. he cut my call. I thought it was a network issue...

I am delivered an item from Fablines Nilambur vide AWB [protected] on 21.01.2025. At the time of purchase of the item from Fablines, it was intimated that shipping charges shall be paid by Fablines to the courier service, and that no further payments need to be made in this regard. But at the time of delivery, an amount of Rs.100/- is charged by the delivery boy as charges from my aged mother who was alone at home. Kindly guide on what...

I am highly disappointed with the service of Shree Maruti Courier Service . I recently sent a parcel from India to Chicago, USA, and opted for their 4-5 day delivery option, for which I paid a premium. However, it has now been over 8 days, and my package still hasn’t arrived.

The tracking information is extremely unhelpful and hasn't been updated in days—it continues to show that my parcel is stuck at Bengaluru Airport, with no clarity on when it might actually reach its destination. This has caused a lot of frustration, as I trusted this company to deliver within the promised time frame.

When paying extra for expedited service, customers expect reliable tracking and prompt delivery. The lack of communication and accountability has been shocking, and I am now left questioning whether my parcel will arrive at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for timely or dependable delivery."

The doc no. [protected] was booked on Oct 10, 2024 HATHRAS-PURDIL NAGAR for Hyderabad.

The courier was at the Saifabad hub on 14th since then company is not responding either the phone calls or the emails. I even reached the managing director. Worst company ever....

Consignment number : [protected] was booked from Bangalore to Agartala on 19th April to e shipped by Air, related fees were paid by gpay. When enquired about the status on 27th April, I have been told that it is stuck in Guwahati because of rail accident . When I have paid for by Air the company was shipping it by surface.

I have experienced 3 times in Maruti Courier Hazira, the delivery team does not deliver and if we call, they pick it up and put it aside or cut it....

I have submitted my assignment on 19th Feb any your employee told me that your parcel will be delivered before 25 th Feb but how lazy service is, my parcel delivered on 7 th March.

Due to your poor service I will be fail in my Examination.

My Parcel did not reach and sent it back without even reaching the address provided for delivery. Parcel was urgent, that is why it was booked by air. when i enquired from the Bengaluru hub, got very annoying answer that they tried calling the sender phone. phone was not answered, so they did not deliver the parcel. My complaint is that, when complete address is given, why parcel was not delivered? the recipient was busy in his meetings, so he could not answer the call but was available from 13th April evening. they did not even bothered to call the sender or to the recipient again and sent the parcel back which has not reached Jaipur yet. Being urgent, the parcel has lost its importance which is causing mental harassment to me. why can't the strong action be taken against the service provider? this is very irresponsible act and really disturbing me a lot. How can one trust these kind of service providers? Need a strong justification

I have ordered a parcel from Hyderabad through shree maruti courier which was supposed to arrive on 7 March. Today is 14 March and it still hasn't arrived.
The customer care is giving stupid reasons like it's very far away (only 19 hrs distance)
And today they're not answering my calls
All the numbers are switched off
And one person named chitta ranjan Pradhan from bhubaneswar branch of shree maruti picked up the call after dialing 100 times and yelled at me that If I call so much they won't be able to do their work
It's been 15 days now I haven't received my parcel.
This type of behaviour isn't acceptable.

There is a customer care number mentioned on Shree Maruti Courier website.
But contacting that number returns that the number is not in service.

This is disappointing. I need to track a shipment and wanted to get in touch with them at the earliest.

My parent sent Honey from Diphu Shree Maruti Courier service to Bangalore. When I checked the given receipt for tracking, I found out that the products had been delivered to Delhi instead of Bangalore. One person has connected from the Shree Maruti Courier service, Diphu. He shares the DSR report, as per his report, I have connected to the person who got the products in Delhi. Coincidence, his courier number, and my parcel number are the same. But no resolution for my grievance to date. The concerned person from Diphu didn't even pick up my call.
