[Resolved] Anand Gas Service (HP Gas Dealer) — NOT DELIVERING GAS SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS | |||
i am krishnendu das from central howrah region son of Mr mrinal kanti das reporting that my father ,a long time customer of hp gas service presently harrased by ANAND GAS SERVICE of baltikuri kalitala mollahpara. they behave so roughly with my father and mother.from last 3 months they not deliver us any gas cylinder in spite of having our booking. is there any reason why they are behave so? according to me they are inhuman and insane.they dont know how to behave senior persons like my father and mother. HP dealer — Gas not delivered yet,
Consumer no: 636459We have booked gas 3 weeks back but not yet delivered to our residence, when ever we call its shows engage, when went there landline phones where kept aside, so that customer call should not be taken.

The distributer is not good. he dilivered the gas after 25 days on booking. his employes behavier is very bad. the talk with rouldly.they are so illetrate. they did know how to talk with coustmers. So plz read this query and i will wait your responce.
