Respected Sir,
I booked for gas refilling on two months back. Once the refiling gas was ready they used to send SMS regularly. On 26th August 2013 the bring gas cylinder ,but one was available in my home .The SMS i received after the delivery .After that i handover money and gas cylinder to my neighbor for collecting the refilled cylinder. After two days the gas collection agent rejected to give the gas cylinder and he told your booking was canceled .You have to book again and or you have to collect it from our branch.If mu booking was cancelled how they can provide the gas cylinder from the branch ?

Sheela gas agency — Abominable behaviour
Hi Sir,This complaint is with regard to the exemplary bad behaviour meted out by the proprietor of the Sheela Gas Agency.In addition to giving very bad customer service, the proprietor today had the nerve to proclaim herself as a crorepati and asked customers to walk out of the agency if they don't like the service.We have been staying in J. P. Nagar for the past 15 years and we have seen many such incidents happening before my eyes everytime I have to make a painful visit to the office.
Sir, in my view, however much your assets may be, you have absolutely got no rights to question the sanity of the customer when your own is under serious question.Not only that, the proprietor had started to assault the customer physically by trying to remove her from the office.
As a citizen of Bangalore, I believe that this is unacceptable from a Government service provider.While individual assets may differ considerably, it is highly improper to try to scare the customers on this ground.These services are provided for the common man's convenience and not for anybody's humiliation.Kindly take action against the concerned people so that such behavior can be nipped in the bud.Please consider this an urgent plea from a group of people who have suffered for their basic needs sometime or the other in past few years.
