As My Consumer Number is 108192 Registered Consumer number as-R16771 SV 0896 BY Name Vicky singh presently staying at House no-28 Krishna Lay Out, Hulimavu, near bus stand, Banergata road.Bangalore 560076 As I am regular customer since 2009.As at first I was bachelor & the gas consume was very nil from my side but now my family shifted & I am married the need increased gradually . As during my requirement I found that my gas was blacked & given to other customer un officially. I ignored & warned them, They just says excuse & gave there Number that when ever Gas is required you kindly call we will shortly deliver you.But as a citizen I need all system should be followed. So I was started Harshing by those Agencies & people. As after visiting the office 2008 I found that my gas is being delivered in my address but not in voice.I gave them verbal complain to the owner.The Owner said that keep your original gas book deposit here, Instead of asking Xerox copy & my complain draft, This struck me & I returned that fully the system is corrupted & in between we customer had to pay for it which is a crime. As yesterday I tried to book on phone as again I found that the booking is already done. I thought it”s better than I can claim my gas on time as my mother is a sick operated patient senior citizen & began to enquiry about the booked celinder because the unknown booking was done with no sms service, where my phone is registered, . But a ring came telling me that my gas booking is cancelled due to we told that we did not required. This all were fabricated words of these people just trying to save themselves because this time their illegal deed came to my flash. As nor I booked, nor I cancelled, This kind of corruption are going since 2009, So I request to investigate the whole matter, not only for my booking & delivery but to all those customer who is being hampered.The entire Agencies”s - register/computer & customer Gas blue book investigation is must so that the picture will be very clear to take action. So I request you again that pl investigate & get the accused person who are involved, Agencies corruptions & also the person who is taking the gas & using illegally taking stick action under corruption act Thanking you- Vicky singh [protected]
