I received several calls from the Bangalore Gathbandhan matrimony office and forced me to enroll to their membership saying they have several alliances and could fix a match in less than 3 months.
I initially trusted them after getting repeated calls and enrolled for a 12000/- membership. Ever since i enrolled they stopped contacting me nor responding to my calls or mails.
right after enrolling, Bangalore Branch manager named Ruksar called me and asked for 3000/- saying some emergency. I donno how do they reach out and ask from their customer, since she said it was an emergency, i gave her that amount too.
post that i completely lost their communication, it's been more than 5 months and they least bothered to contact or show a match to me. I have never seen such a irresposible ppl and worst service ever.
i even saw few negative reviews on different websites and also on play store app review, seems like they have been doing this to all of their customers. I donno whether I would get my money back, but pathetic service and lost 15000/- .
