I received several calls from the Bangalore Gathbandhan matrimony office and forced me to enroll to their membership saying they have several alliances and could fix a match in less than 3 months.

I initially trusted them after getting repeated calls and enrolled for a 12000/- membership. Ever since i enrolled they stopped contacting me nor responding to my calls or mails.

I have paid Rs.20000 on 24.10.2021 as per their plan offered to us. We were supposed to receive 2 profiles every week with the preferences i have shared and further 1 RM will be appointed who will be a middle man and will be arranging a get together with both the parties.Till now this has not happened once.Moreover the company has charged us with GST of Rs.3600 and they have given us non GST bill.

Ms Pushpa, Ms. Madhuparna, Kartik Pal, entire organisation is fraud. My mother was looking for an alliance for me through AnandaBazar Patrika. She liked an ad there and called the no, there was no response then, after a day a lady introduced herself as Pushpa spoke to my mother. She started calling now and then calling her Kakima and then started sending her profile. My mother liked a profile and showed me, I spoke to her for the first time after 3 days of her continuously calling to my mother . She started with didibhai didibhai and all and then after few days when I paid Rs. 14000, no phone calls from them, even after calling them, there was no response and after that their phone remained unreachable all the time. They didn't send a single profile matching my criteria.
I would request everybody before paying any organization check their reviews online. Do some research and then go for it, never fall in the trap of sweet words by young women as we did.
And please consumer forum, take action against them. When the forum is made, act for the people. Help families from the fraudsters, you never know people might have given their last penny to get their children married.
They also keep changing their office often.
