Gati International Packers & Movers — Not delivering luggage

I booked my luggage with GATI International movers company on 22 april, 2017 from Mohali, punjab to Banglore but still they didn't deliver my luggage.

Please help me. Everytime when i called them they said in next 2 days you will get your luggage. But already 37 days has been passed while they committed to deliver in 7 days only. I have attached my bill copy. I am with my family its really tuff to survive without my goods.
