[Resolved]  Gati International Packers & Movers — product damaged refuse to replace even though insurance opted.

For shifted items 1. Bed (Folded) 2. Godrej almira (Folded) 3. Mattress, i contacted gati of bhubaneswar branch. There i talked to jagbeer on mobile no [protected], [protected]. He packed the item except mattress and given two piece of receipt uploaded herewith, i asked him to pack the mattress as well, he said he will pack at the time of loading in there truck but when received the item from name : lalita dave, mobile no [protected] from hyderabad, i found mattress does not pack and damaged with big hole (Picture also uploaded). I signed and mentioned the mattress condition as damaged on that deliver receipt and the delivering executive also agreed to. Since i opted insurance of 1 lakh which is given by gati it self but jagbeer telling me to repairs the mattress. I asked him that the mattress is new, so how cum you repair what is the use of taking insurance. He asked me if you want only i can repair apart from this i can not help you with very rudely manner.

I have uploaded all documents received at the time of pickup along with the damaged picture of the mattress.

I have recorded all the conversation that made between jagbeer and me where he directly saying do whatever you want i can not provide you new mattress except repair.

Also i received call from rohit on mobile number [protected] from hyderabad branch, he said that we
Can not replace this except repair.

From last 5-6 days i am continuing following up but no one helps me.

Please do the needful.
