I have been consumer of LPG consumer no.1115363 (Ahmedabad) for last two years. Whenever I call to the agency for refill booking, found always busy (intentionally put a side) and while physically we approach for the same they rudely behave saying you may do anything you can. We have approach up to top management of IOC. Sometimes, they don't supply for beyond a month (after booking) pretending they have not sufficient quota.
I want to know, whether, is that (IOC) their own firm and we have to beg the same form them. Why don't they deal every case promptly and with justice. Was this information helpful? |
