I myself is a flat owner of the project. I too got a call for consent. I gave my consent to them without asking anything. I know they will deliver the project. Lots of technical things were also involved in the project because of which the approval got late and so on. It's been years we are waiting for the delivery of the flat, at this point of time if we don't support then project will stall and they can't do any work because they need 51% consent. So it's better to give consent other then getting the project stalled. It should be a win-win situation for both o[censored]s. It's just waiting our time and money in any legal situation.
