Gaursons India Ltd — Widen up of front road

Dear sir/madam,

My name is rishikesh madnavat and i purchased a plot in gaur gracious, moradabad on nov 2012. My plot no is i-22. Now i constructed a house in this plot. In front of my house and in the same line of plots the front road was given 7.50 mtr wide and the opposite side a commercial land was given as per the tghe map given.Now company has converted the commercial land into residential plots and they have not widen up the same road and due to that the problem of traffic may going to incrase. Earlier also the road was not enough to park our vehicles inside the house and the problem is incrased. As per the size of the plots road should be atleast 9.00 mtr wide. Kindly look into this matter as company has changed the land use as for their own interest and we are facing the problems.
