Guardians has taken 100% payment but are not reverting on possession of flat. I have been chansing them since nov2020 but no revert from them on emails and calls....

Subject:-almirah/wardrobe not provided even after one month of possession
I have booked a flat h665 and taken possession with gaursons india ltd (Gaur cascades)and as per agreed terms they are not providing the almirah in bedroom even after taking possession.
They have started to deduct the maintance amount but at their end they are not providing the committed accessories.

My name is rishikesh madnavat and i purchased a plot in gaur gracious, moradabad on nov 2012. My plot no is i-22. Now i constructed a house in this plot. In front of my house and in the same line of plots the front road was given 7.50 mtr wide and the opposite side a commercial land was given as per the tghe map given.Now company has converted the commercial land into residential plots and they have not widen...
