On 30.09.2014, I transferred Rs. 1 lakh to Gaursons by mistake (through NEFT). On the same day, I requested them for reversal of transaction but till date, after many follow ups over mails and phones and even after submitting the reqd documents, I have not got my money back. Am copying my mails to Director as well but in vain. Every time, there is a reply that we will get back to you and give my money back but nothing is happening on ground.
