Lack of drainage system in balcony shaft - 14th Avenue

We had raised this issue a number of times over past 3 years with Maintenance. While we have been given a temporary respite, the core issue with lack of drainage in the balcony shaft still remains. We have tried reaching customer care of Gaursons who keep redirecting us to Maintenance. Maintenance, on the other hand, can't seem to take decision on fixing architectural issues left unresolved by the developers and so we keep going round in circles.

Cancellation of Flat intentionally - Tried to make payment before receiving cancellation letter, but Gaursons put the property on

Gaursons is cancelled Unit R[protected]th Avenue by creating a delayed payment scenario. We visited Gaursons office at 9th Nov to receive updated BBA for released sanction Home Loan and to made rest of the payment, but Gaur denied to accept by saying this unit on hold, we are taking approval.
This activity (taking approval) took more than one week to clarify, Finally CRM says Approval has been rejected. And on 18th November Gaur sent the Cancellation after 15 days of Final Notice.
We (Swaroop & Priyanka) purchased mentioned Unit at Date 2019 under 10-90 plan during Covid. We paid 10% amount at the time of booking. Rest 90% need to pay at the of possession.
Due to banking requirement need to remove Swaroop name, sent an email on October 8th 2022, after waiting for one week no response received, Priyanka physically visited the office on October 19th. So process of name changes started on 19th October.
In meanwhile 31st October and 5th November visited Gaur office for updated BBA only.
8th November Legal department says we can not update the name can’t provide updated BBA because Unit is on hold.
November 9th visited and tried to make rest of the payment and to received updated BBA then CRM advised it is not possible first need to unblock the unit then only can make rest of the payment and updated BBA.
Till then we have visited Gaur 2-3 times every time they are saying that they are trying to take approval.
This is totally intentional from Gaur’s side as we received cancellation letter on 19th November and we are trying to make whole payment much before than that. And Gaur was not receiving payment.
Gaur is playing with Customer and their Money, we have one more Unit in 16th Parkview R-20141, Stamp Duty is paid on 14th March, still Unit is not ready. Now this unit is at the name of Satyaveer, Initially it was at the name of Swaroop and Satyaveer only. Due to banking Swaroop name had to be removed.
At One Unit Gaur is creating a fake scenario of delayed payment and other Unit not delivering the unit after making full payment at Nov 2021.
Swaroop name was common in both Unit.

NDC Not receive after too many Follow-ups
After complete all Formalities in June and paid all money, I am follow-up for my NDC from Vivek Tiwari, CRM team Gaursons but he is not going to reply and everytime told that I will do it today, I will do it tomorrow. He is Incapable person and No idea how to deal with people. They are not Customer friendly people and don't know how to talk their Customers. He is such a lazy person that i have ever met in my life. Gaursons CRM team people disconnect call without your consent and proper response. I have very Bad experience with entire team. Even their Seniors also not bothered if Customer raised any Issue to them, they are very helpless people.

Lack of communication regarding updation/cancellation of association

Pandemic is not a new subject and has been known to everyone. I have consistently complained on behalf of my father who had invested in Gaursons GAUR Yamuna City project with 90% of downpayment and also had been regularly submitting a dedicated EMI to IndiaBulls Housing Finance, on their recommendation.
Amidst health issues and financial crisis due to COVID 19, my father was asked to pause his employment which led to a dearth of financial funds, and hence he was not able to pay a minor amount.
Also, the same pandemic affected this organization which has not also delivered the project as demanded because of 1. unavailability of funds, 2. time constraints due to quarantine rules.
We have been emailing/calling the concerned officials regularly, suggesting them valid solutions/cancellation/or at least sensible updation.
Please help us out, my father is a middle class service man in the prime of his age. We do NOT have enough resources, or money to impact or vocalize our voices against the discrimative behaviour we NEVER expected from a reputed organization like this. PLEASE AMPLIFY, and guide us on the next step before they engulf down all the hard-earned money.

Delay in process and not getting any update

Hi there,
I have purchased Gaur apartment in 14 avenue, Flat no 27058 Block H from Hindustan Media. All the payments were made in full and endorsement papers were submitted on January 8, 2021. The documents were submitted to Nisha Sharma at Gaur Head office (Guar Biz work).
Nisha mentioned that paperwork would be done in 10 business days and they will give the flat possession in around 45 days.
Now it's over 38 days but even the transfer paperwork is not yet done.
I am not able to get any updates or status even after following up. I went to Gaur office multiple times, called customer care and faced the below issues.
· I was informed Nisha (who has the file) is still in the meeting, I waited for 2 hours and she talked to me over the phone, she said the file is in the process and I don't know how much time it will take to get the paperwork done. Unfortunately, I had to go back home without any update.
· Another time when I visited, I was informed that she (Nisha) was on leave and nobody else could give any updates to me. Again, I have to go back home without any updates.
· I have called customer care a number of times and they only offer to transfer the call to Nisha. Always after waiting hours on the call to reach Nisha, I get to know that she is not at desk, or she was on leave and ultimately, I wasn't able to talk to her.
In conclusion, I am not able to get any updates or status for the Gaur Head office, customer care, concerned person (Nisha Sharma) who was taking care of the file or any other person at head office.
I understand there is COVID19 there might be some delay. That’s why I was following but now instead of 10 days it's over 38 days. And I am unable to get information or updates on the file.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue and get me possession of the flat. Please do provide the contact number of the concerned person who can help me and provide updates.
Looking to hear from you as I have heard Gaur is a respected builder with a good track record and good services.

Gaur sons had promised to resolve my issue by giving a return in form of monthly maintenance or credit form but till now they have not revert after multiple visits and sicsussion with their customer care/front desk and crm team and head.

Not refunding my money which was transferred to company on line by mistake
On 30.09.2014, I transferred Rs. 1 lakh to Gaursons by mistake (through NEFT). On the same day, I requested them for reversal of transaction but till date, after many follow ups over mails and phones and even after submitting the reqd documents, I have not got my money back. Am copying my mails to Director as well but in vain. Every time, there is a reply that we will get back to you and give my money back but nothing is happening on ground. I am having financial crunch but Gaursons is insensitive. Please try to get my money back

They cheat customers big time. There is no fear of law. There is utter insensitivity on part of the builders. They are playing with the future of many citizens of India

I have booked a 2BHK falt Deatails :
Flat no: 2133 floor 21
Block : D Gaur Global Village Crossings Republic Ghaziabd (U.P.)
I booked the flat on 24 dec 2011 & applied loan for the same in Axis Bank Gurgaon branch. Bank Sanctioned my loan and at the time of cheque disperse Bank come with an objection that Sanction plan copy is not available for same of top 2 floors(floor 20 & 21), on the same hand other people on same floor got a loan from same bank but from different branch(asaf ali road delhi)
2 months has gone I have already paid 50 % of the amount and continously chasing builder for same but they are not replying me neither on phone nor on e-mail, my posession date is also very near i.e. 31 march 2012.
Please help me what to do in this case.....

Gaursons India — Deficiency in service
The complaint is regarding deficiency in service rendered by Gaur Sons India while delivering their project Gaur Valerio in Indirapuram. The construction is sub standard, the material used is not good and there is no response to various complaints.Sachin

I have a flat #1046, in K type homes, E block, rajnagar extn. Ghaziabad. The builder is Gaursons. The project is Gaursons, Elegante, Govindpuram. The EMI for the above stated property has been continiously paid by me without any default. The entire money for the flat has been disbursed to Gaursons 18/01/2007 by ICICI bank I have been out of the country and have recently relocated back. The builder has initimated me after 6 years of payment ( the bank had given them 100% down payment), that they have cancelled my allocation since I was out of the country and not done registration. I was however never intimated by any form of correpondence by the builder and now they are telling me that they have sold off the flat to another user without any prior inimation to me or the bank. ICICI too had never initimated to me that the booking stands cancelled inspite of taking EMIs from my account regularly till date. I wanted to check the status of my apartment as now i would also want to take posession of the same. I have not received any update whereas i have been paying regularly to my bank in the name of ICICI bank. Please let me know the status for the same. Can we form a forum of people who has been cheated by the same builder and put a case. please feel free to email at me at [protected]@yahoo.com
