Gaursons Promoters Pvt Ltd — delayed possession of my flat by gaurson

Gaurson promoters pvt ltd had debitted my flats account with exorbitant interest charges although not reflected on public domain customers account page of their customer portal. I wrote several mails to issue no dues certificate but they never replied nor handing over the flat number-8033, 8th floor, 14th avenue, gaur city-2 tower d in greater noida west uttar pradesh. Icici bank issued noc and submitted to gaurson office at indrapuram gaziabad long back. Delayed posession penalty by said builder not given to me till date.
