I have booked a 3 BHK flat no. 304 at 5th floor, Breeze Tower, Gayatri Life in Gayatri infra Planner Private Limited in 2013, Greater Noida UP west, Goutam Budh nagar. Initially I have given them 20% of the original amount as a booking cost. Then after one year they asked me to give another 20% payment which I gave them in 2014. As per the contract papers they promised to give the possession in December 2017. Thereafter, there is no news of construction progress and money till yet. When I tried to contact them through mail or mobile but they did not reply. Then I tried to contact project Coordinator’s mobile number which is available on RERA web site. He told me that the construction site is shut down from last two years and nobody is receiving his call as well. On RERA site, they have mentioned the possession date as 26 feb, 2021. I don’t think so it is feasible on the given date. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible. I want my money payback. Was this information helpful? |
