Gayatri Infra Planner Private Limited Complaints & Reviews

I have booked a 2 BHK in Gayatri Life in Gayatri infra Planner Private Limited in 2014, Greater Noida UP west, Goutam Budh nagar. Initially I have given them 20% of the original amount as a booking amount. Then Then bank loan was also taken. As per the contract papers they promised to give the possession in December 2017. Thereafter, there is no news of construction progress and money till yet. When I tried to contact them but they did not reply. Office B121 is closed some other office is there. Then I tried to contact project Coordinator’s mobile number which is available on RERA web site. He told me that the construction site is shut down from last two years and nobody is receiving his call as well. On RERA site, they have mentioned the possession date as 26 feb, 2021. I don’t think so it is feasible on the given date. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible. I want my money payback.
