Gazedeals — Bad delivery .received a different product

I have ordered E63 on 3/10/2017 and I have received a pack which mentioned the following order no-#GD[protected]
product details Nokia E63 3G mobile phone...but the problem is that after opening the pack I found that gazedeals has cheated me with a different product ..that is the pack contains Nokia 5800 . My belief about gazedeals has gone..
I had brought more than 5, 6 items from GAZEDEALS but this time gazedeals has cheated me .I have complained this earlier but there was no response from the gazedeals ..I think it will be solved as early as possible ..
