Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a 1 BHK Flat in M/s. GBG Infratech Pvt. Ltd, Noida on October 2014 for their project “GBG ” in Sector 66, Noida, they promised me that they will give possession within 15 months. At the time of booking I had given a payment of Rs. 410000 as per their policy. But when I again visited their Sector 66 site I found that there was no work in progress When I reached company office and enquired about the same from Mr. Sanjay Kasana, he told me that there is dispute going on that land too. He again told me to shift my booking to some other project of their company but I refused because I have beared a lot of mental torture and loss of incertainity during the period for which he comitted me to refund my total payment and also fill up the cancellation form But till date I haven’t received a single penny from the company. When I tried to contact Mr. Sanjay Kasanais not gave me any satisfactory answer regarding refund of my payment. Dated: - 28th Oct, 2014 After some days visited the site but there is no work going on when i reach the old office address they shift the office to another Location then I call Mr Sanjay Kasana for new address he provide me a new address then I visit and I told him what is the status of site he told me the work is under process and I will provide you the Possession within 15 Months.
Visited done: November, December, January but no work he is giving an assurance that he will provide the possession in his time frame.
After some time I again visited their site in FEB, 2015 I found no construction in process, and when I call Mr. Sanjay Kasana (Director of GBG InfratechPvt. Ltd) he told me there is some dispute regarding the land from the Noida authority, and also on same date I visited and Mr. Sanjay Kasana and he told me give me Two day’s time he will sort out the problem and confirm you.
When I again visited Mr sanjayKasanaOffice he told me to shift my booking to their other project in sector 121, Noida with same amount he will provide me 2BHK which I agree on next dayi refused for booking of sector 121, I fill up the cancellation form dated: 14th Feb, 2015 in which they agree that within 90days the refund will be provided.
I visited so many time to his office for my money after a month he has provided me an chq of Rs. 1 lack and the date was mention 12/05/2015and told me to deposited the chq on 12/06/2015 because his money is coming on 10/ 06/2015, when I reached to bank to deposited the chq the banker told me there is no sufficient amount at same time I call Mr Sanjay Kasana that there is no sufficient amount in your account he told me that he will deposited the amount today then after 2Hrs. to 3 Hrs. I again call for the same he told me please come to our office at evening time.
When I visit there Mr. Sanjay Kasana is not available and his staff by the name of Miss Sonia was available after long discussion payment in will be provided 2 to 3 months.
After that I visit so many time and also I had made a call also he is not picking up my call always he is sending the massage he is busy.
Request you to please help out me. I had given my entire amount of my life which I earn.
