[Resolved]  GBIC — hdfc life insurance is having agent code

From few days im continously getting calls regarding my life insurance of both public and private sector they asked me that weather im getting hard copy of all details of my policy every month with details of ahent commission. I said no. Next day one lady ms shya +91 [protected] called me and introduced herself as she is representative of hdfc bank and she is having all my details of my policy she said that she will log an complaint from my side to gbic (Government body of insurance council) that i was not informed about my policy that its having agent commission and my fund valur is decreasing.
I acepted and she said dont worry your money will be safe as gbic never wants that customer money will go in weong hands.
I was in doubt from three things
1 they all are using mobile numbers to call insted of landline
2. For one person so many calls they did as they are so much concerned
3. That lady said to call anytime regarding this issue and also to confirm when i got call from gbic

I got calls from Megha Mishra mob.[protected] and Rishabh Sharma mob.[protected] saying an unclaimed amount of Rs.2 lac odd from Sunbirla Max Life is lying with GBIC when I don't have any. I asked them to send the cheque. They emailed me scan copy and asked me to fill in no objection form. I will not go further. For action please.
Dear GBIC Team,
I got a call from one person, saying that he's from gbic Delhi and his name is Rajeev Malhotra.

He continued with the same as all do saying that your agent is robbing your bonus by entering wrong code. So that you will get very less benefits after maturity.

So in order to take the benefits you need to open new policy so that a new proposal code can be generated from that, so i convinced and he made a insurance from Aviva dhan samriddhi yojna, and premium of 41800/- & as i pay via Aviva e pay channel. Now, i want to know is it any fraud or not.
I also called to kotak life for enquiry then kotak person told me there is no any transfer of policy facilities available.
Please let me know is there any fraud or not bcz still i am not received any call from Aviva Insurance company regarding policy.

Is GBIC a genuine agency
