I have purchased Dell G3 laptop on 7-May-20 from GBS Systems, KKNagar. Within 10days Motherboard gone faulty and in 3months Panel got faulty. I have approached them for support. But they are reluctant and asked me to contact DELL only. Even now the issue is not resolved .DELL technical support is taking their own sweet time to address the issues.Pl do not purchase any product at this store and DELL products Was this information helpful? |
