I have purchased Dell G3 laptop on 7-May-20 from GBS Systems, KKNagar. Within 10days Motherboard gone faulty and in 3months Panel got faulty. I have approached them for support. But they are reluctant and asked me to contact DELL only. Even now the issue is not resolved .DELL technical support is taking their own sweet time to address the issues.Pl do not purchase any product at this store and DELL products

    I had taken my Lenovo touch screen laptop with a minor complaint on screen alignment, the technician Karthik in their Adyar store, suggested a complete screen replacement costing 35000. I took it for a 2nd opinion to another nearby store as the charge was too steep. They told me that it was a very minor wiring alignment issue and sorted it for inr 650. Thank god I took a 3nd opinion on this issue rather than trust the useless folk at GBS systems

      In my laptop have problem in bootable level. Once switch on laptop all power, processer lights on but there is no display in laptop screen and also we couldn’t shutdown. Only way is remove battery. So I provide to service to GBS system. They change some power ic/parts for Rs: 2500. After that service, my laptop don’t shutdown properly and Colling fan is running and power light not off. It occurred random basis. Once again I go to service center I reported that problem. But they told that it doesn’t occurred in our testing. So we couldn’t take this complaint. Now days, I face same problem many days. I sure that, they are weak in Technology level. Hence they are not replicate problem. From googleing I found that there is problem in CMOS battery. Once change that battery, it will work. Cost of that battery is Rs: 100 Please don’t go for service in GBS system. They will know only basics things.

        MY LAPTOP ACER ASPIRE, WAS SERVICED AT ANNA NAGAR CENTRE OF GBS SYSTEM (INVOICE NO. 15764) FOR BOOTING PROBLEM. I GAVE THE LAPTOP FOR BOOTING PROBLEM BECAUSE WHILE I WAS DOING OPERATING SYSTEM RECOVERY IT GOT STRUCK IN BETWEEN. I PAID RS.800/- FOR RE-INSTALLING OPERATING SYSTEM. ON RECEIPT AFTER SERVICING,BATTERY CHARGE WAS NOT HOLDING AND BATTERY BECAME DEFECTIVE (MESSAGE - BATTERY TO BE REPLACED). I WAS USING THIS LAPTOP FOR LAST 1.8 YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM OF BATTERY. THEY WERE NOT READY TO HELP AND WAS ANGRY WITH ME FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT IT. BAD EXPERIENCE...
