GBTU — Degree not issued

Dear Sir, I have completed my btech(EN) in 2011 from KIT, KANPUR. Sir the college has not issued my degree yet. Please help me sir otherwise i will suicide, I am very much frustrated and i have also visited UPTU OFFICE and submit a complaint but it gives no result.
