GBTU — regarding 40 marks grace rule.

Respected sir/mam,
I am badal raj, final year passing out b. Tech (4th sem.) from kanpur
Institute of technology, kanpur. My roll no. Is [protected]. I have an
Issue regarding the 40 marks grace rule for passout students. I'm
Passing all year accept 2nd year, in that year i have 21 marks in a
Subject from 3rd semester and 16 marks in a subject from 4th
Semester (That is greater then 15% marks). So my question is that is it
Apply the grace mark to me according to 40 marks grace rule.
If "yes"then how//
If "no"then why???
I humble request you to kindly look in that matter and help me by
Updating my marks.
