On seeing the advertisements of gd building leakage solutions. I had spoken kaviarasan m. Who is the only person there. He inspected my site and gave quotations for painting as well as solving leakage solutions of my terrace. On 29-jan-2018. I had paid him rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rupees one lakh via bearer's cheque.) he had started work on the same day. He does not have proper trained painters. He does not provide a dedicated supervisor but there was a painter cum supervisor from the second day. I have selected all expensive paints. On the second day itself i had noticed that the painters were not experienced. A fresh boy who had not held a painting brush in his life was brought here to paint. Kaviarasan does not provide proper brushes and equipment to his workers. Even after painting second coat of actual color paint chosen, the walls were found to have grooves. Proper patting pasting was not done. He had instructed to spray pesticide on the walls, where even the supervisor has no knowledge as to how to use the pesticide.

On seeing my money getting wasted with such expensive paint, i terminated his contract after 05-jan-2018. He had not given any account of my money spent, but from calculations made as per the materials purchased he had spent a maximum of rs 70, 000/- or rs 80, 000/- by very liberal calculation. He had not returned the balance money. I let him get away with rs.20, 000/- (Rupees twenty thousand or more).
This has happened for the second time of which i am aware. Many more incidents could have happened like this.

So please do not get cheated by engaging him for any sort of work.

We are providing good service .see first u know the basic knowledge .we are painting work starts on only one week before so the work is not complete u telling this mistake this mistake again and again u telling we are not done the painting. I am telling u my experience 7 years in this feild but never this type customer in my life and you give 100000 rupee we spend 1, 20, 000 we are loss 20, 000 but u enkage another person so you out us. And what u telling cheating if we cheating you go and complaint police station but mistake is yours. So you dont go ok dont tell us

Kavi of GD building solutions is a fraud. I had explained to him the money which he had spent against Rs.1, 00, 000/-. Total amount he spent is only Rs.70, 000/- or max Rs.80, 000/-. This I had explained to him in my house . When I had repeatedly told me that he still has about Rs.30, 000/- to Rs.20, 000/-, he kept quiet for a very long time. Now he is giving false calculations. He had misused my advance payment to pay his hospital bills. I had terminated his contract due to poor quality of painting and workmanship. There was no supervisor from the very beginning. Why should I waste my money when i am providing expensive paints. I do not need such useless contractor.
From prices marked on the paint containers I had worked out the cost of paints bought by him as only Rs.34, 000/- and the other money he spent including one transport of paints and one transport for bamboos for scaffolding where he wasted money. He sent me a message about bill for paints as rs.30, 000/- only. How come transport is shown as rs.25000/- Why should I pay pay for his car petrol? How come ladder rent is Rs.4000/- for 2 days work. He did not provide ladder for the first three days. Painters used my expensive aluminium ladder and my stools. He provided only one roller brush after the third day and there was only one brush till I had terminated his contract.He did not provide proper equipment's to his workers as even they were complaining of the same. His salary for five days work is Rs.5000/- What has he done? He comes and spends just about 30 or 45 mins and goes away. He did not come for two days. He was more interested in spending time in the hospital on account of his wife's delivery.
He had wasted money in putting up scaffolding which is to be done when outside painting has to be carried out. He did not even pay full amount for the scaffolding laborer. He had wanted another payment on Rs.1, 00, 000/- after five days which I refused.
Hence do not go by his false statements. He claims to have missed two contracts. No one will give a contract to such false persons and such worthless contractor. Vijay baskar had lodged a major complain of how Kvaiarasan damaged his bathroom and no one responed to his phone calls. Vijay Bhaskar also mentioned of how he got cheated.
