Mene Meri Beti Ka admission aapke school me karne ke liye apply kiya, Leki pehle registration hua jiska cost 5000 rs tha . Fir Uska interview hua or test hua jisme wo fail Hogayi. Mam ne kaha admission nahi hoga aapke Bachche Ka study bahut week he, mene kaha okay Mam Lekin wo Padhai achche se karega .Lekin Mam ne kaha No wo bahut week he isliye hum admission nahi de sakte . Mene kaha okay then Mam you can refund my registration fees rs 5000 . But Unhone kaha wo non refundable he, jabki aapke pure form me aisa kahi bhi nahi likha he . Sir Aapki school ne logo ko lutne ka Bussiness chalu kiya he ya aap logo ko aisa kar ke paise lutne Ki aadat he . Dear Sir I Request Kindly Refund My 5000 rs . Sir me 5 din job pe jata hu tab Muje 5000 rs milte he or Aapki school tho ise you kha rahi he . Sir Muje 5 din ke andar payment refund karwa dijiye otherwise I do Police Complaint and we meet in Court . Thank You

The school, before giving roll numbers for CBSE Class 12 demamded Rs50K to be deposited towards fee for April, May and June while no activities were to take place for class 12 students.
When asked for written directive, both the senior mistress and Principal failed to produce any.
Later, we received a msg from headmistress to contact accounts for refund of two months fee amounting to Rs 30000.
This, inspite of repeated followups with Principal, Head mistress and accounts, has not been done.
Further, school doesnot want to refund security deposit of Rs50, 000.

This speaks volumes about school management team and GD Goenka as an institution.

If you want to secure your children a good education
I would like to beg you all,
DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO GD GOENKA WORLD SCHOOL OR THE UNIVERSITY
YOU WILL BE SIMPLY KILLING YOUR KID.

School has taken 6months fee with hostel fee but they are not giving any service to us.last 2 months school is harrasing us without giving any support.They are not answering our calls.pleas help me as i earlier said to withdraw my kid but they are not doing the next procedure so that we can refund our money back as we did not take any facilities from schools.They promised us to give special facilities but not giving any facilities.

Please save us from these heavily build/wild mosquitos in our area Rambagh, Attapur, Hyderabad- GHMC. People are not able to sit for few seconds also. Childrens getting disease and over all people fed up with this issue. I request our new Mayor, Govt. Higher officials to have alook on this issue immediately without delay. Please control these mosquitos breading by fogging & other precautions. We have given complaint here lot of times but did not taken any action. Please take immediate action at least now.

My ward is studying in this school since last 2 years but I haven't taken any concern about the school fees and all. But in this pandemic I requested the school to please leave the annual fee because as he hadn't studied in the school so why you are taking the annual charges? as we are providing the tuition fee because my ward studied online. And I want that this organisation should think about tha parents.They are continually sending the messages regarding the fee. And they had also not allowed my ward to enter in the school for 10 -15 mins.Plzz try to understand our situation.
We will be so obliged if you all will understand and think about our condition.

It is to share how G.D.Goenka Public School is taking online classes just for sake of doing.
1.In April just 4 online classes happened.
2.In July classes started from 15/07.
3.After that they have put 60 students of second class in one class, due to that quality of education is compromised badly.There is no actual interaction between students and teachers due to high number of students.Teachers keep on taking session and it is responsibility of parents to explain the topic to kids.We have complained many times but management is not bothered to change the class structure on that they are charging fees as per original class structure.
Kindly help.

We have been requesting and running behind gd goenka, nainital since last 5 months to get the refund due to withdrawal of my sons admission but school has been simply ignoring our requests with no fear of judiciary system. Kindly help us per the below details:

We have taken an admission in 11th standard for my son areen gari in gd goenka international school, nainital and paid rs 3, 38, 510/- in the month of july 2019. However, due to their inaction towards chaos in the school, misbehaviors of senior students, ragging and theft we had to withdraw the admission from the school within one and half months.

It has been over 150 days that we are repetitively requesting for the refund of fee as per the cbse guidelines but no one is giving any response and keeping silence. There are clear instructions from the curriculum boards or directorate of education (Doe) that entire fees (Admission fees, one time fees, caution/security money, development charges/annual charges) has to be refunded within one month of being paid except for nominal processing fees.

The school administration is in disheveled state and we are running from pillar to post to get our refund back but no one in the school is responding be it owner (Neeraj agarwal & aakarsh agarwal), principal (Anurag mathur), accounts head (Shishir) and admission counsellor (Allison solomon).

Appreciate, if you can look into the matter and help us getting the refund back from the school.

I visited school for admission of my 3 daughter in class 10th, 7th and 3rd std.

As i got promoted n transferred to delhi/sonipat from karnal

Coordinator negotiate on admission fees, tution fee n transport charges, she start from 20000/- pm for per kid and slip down to 6000/-pm per child including transport charges from murthal. And we agreed on this cost.

After a days, coordinator vinni chhabra pressurised me to deposit a token amount of 10 k and i deposited in to given hdfc bank a/c.

Few days later, we decided to continue at karnal only.
I asked coordinator to refund the money as we cancel our programme of shifting.

Requesting for refund the hard earned money as soon as possible.

I am not very please to inform you that both of my sons and other fellow students who are going to school from school bus are at high risk of meeting an accident. Last week students have met with a small accident on the way to school by a truck. It was not a serious one hence i felt not report but such events are started to repeat. Who will be held responsible for any un pleasant event that is waiting to happen? The reckless driver or the speed breakers on road how would school deal with this is that i would like to know?

Today the driver was driving so fast that he overlooked or may be ignored the speed breaker that my son got hurt and has a small cut on his right hand.

My concern regarding safety of our kids is an upmost concern that need your immediate attention without any delay:

1. Security of our kids had been my concern ever since school shifted to new location. How do we know that our kids have safely reached to the school in the morning? Today in an era of technology, schools have installed gps and given the access of this data on real time to the parents to ensure the safety of kids are not compromised. Gd goenka bhiwadi promised to have gps enabled and camera will be installed in buses 2 years back but not yet implemented. Why has it been so difficult to implement this? Is school waiting to witness a disaster? I am just unable to understand the reason of not doing it in a spam of 2 years.

2. Same goes with class room and other premises of school. If any un pleasant or an unfortunate event happens in the class or in any other premises of school how would it be investigated by the school management? Who is responsible?

What are the perimeters set by the school to ensure that events in the school are monitored on daily basis?

From the day one as at the time of admission we were informed that once the school shifts from old location to the new location, there will be camera in bus and but will be gps enabled and also in each class room and parents will be given access to the same by an mobile based app but even till today i have not had experienced the benefit of this technology. It has just been in discussions.

My 2 kids studied in this school for 2 years and after that we withdrew them from there because of the uncongenial environment in the boarding. That we explained to Principal and the Administartor in details. So they verbally agreed on refunding the security deposits for both the kids. But we have received only one. They still owe Rs.95000 to us. Since last one month I have been calling them and e-mailing them consistently but no response to anything. Nobody picks up the phone and reply the e-mail. This is a professioanl cheating. You can't accept such kind of ridiculous behaviour from a world school. We live overseas and sent our kids to this school to understand our Indian roots, culture and hostel life. This kind of behaviour and unethical way of treatment shouldn't be tolerated. An immediate strict action should be taken against this school to get us the refund of Rs.95000 which is our hard earned money and this professional way of cheating should be stopped right away.

we withdraw our child from the school within 15 days from this school from the admission date. duing the time of admission we gave the school the amount of 5000 as registerisation and 50,000 which were non refundable and 90,000 which were refundable after we withdraw our child from the school.we have the documents for the same. we gave the school 3 times a letter to refund our refundable amount ( 2 letter in september within 15 days from admission and the other letter in november)but the school authority is just delaying to refund our 90,000.It is almost 4 months now but still they are refunding our amount which they should have returned within 1 month after withdrawl but they did not.PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTIONS AGAINST SCHOOL AUTHORITY AND MAKE THEM RETURN OUR REFUNDABLE AMOUNT OF 90,000 as soon as possible.
