This is a big fraud travel company run by mr. Ashish mittal ([protected]), and other two people involved are — ms. Jiya mangi ([protected]), ms. Jyoti sharma ([protected]).
We booked a hotel in jammu and kashmir in 2016 for diwali vacation through them. We cancelled the booking 2months before the booking date because j&k was in trouble. They told us the amount will be refunded within 20days but they didn’t. It has been more then a year since we cancelled the booking but refund not received till date. The amount to be received from them is rs.28, 000/-

We spoke to them on the phone many times, they kept promising but not refunding the money. Read many reviews regarding their company about cheating people’s money. We complaint through consumer forum too but they are not scared.

So please sir /madam, this is our last resort, please help us. This is our hard earn money. And also they are cheating many innocent people. They should be taught a lesson otherwise many poor people are going to fall into their trap. If possible their licence should be cancelled.
