I Mr. Suleman Usman Sayyed had purchased Honda two wheeler thats Honda unicorn on 13/04/2006 and financed from GE Countrywide Consumer Financial Services Ltd and cleared the loan in 2009 but haven't got NOC form the finance company so please take action against the said finance company and order them to issue my vehicles NOC as soon as possible
