GE Countrywide — Noc for two wheeler

Hi.this is regarding my two wheeler noc i purchased bullet in 2004 april finance with ge country wide i payed all EMIs 1 cheque bounce is there that also i payed back after they've not issued noc now company is not there please help me on this to get noc iam ready to pay any balances
