I took the loan from GE Countrywide for motor vehicle number GJ01DE4785 and paid full and final, now the office of this finance shut down, for cancelation of hypothecation it required NOC and form 35 which i can not collet, please provide address or merge statues with whom

I had purchased a bike Bajaj Pulsar DTSi(180cc) from Bajaj showroom in Wakdewadi, Pune in the year 2005. The bike was financed by GE Countrywide for "3" years. I have paid all the installments by 2008. The GE Countrywide seem to have vanished without a trace whatsoever.

greetings of the day.

First and foremost this is not a complaint. This is a request .

I had purchased the scooter BAJAJ CHETAK from DEEPA ANNIE JOE vehicle No.MH04BJ6976 in 2006 and the registration was valid upto sept.2017 after which I was supposed to get a road worthy clearance from local traffic dept for another 5 years which I could'nt do.

In between the papers got misplaced in house shifting as I had shifted to a new residence which I found last month intact.

I contacted the traffic dept. and they have agreed to help me provided I show them latest dated loan clearance NOC certificate from GE COUNTRYWIDE which is currently showing dated :31/03/2005 - S.No.[protected] - LOAN NO.RBOR00280855 {photo attached}.

Please also find attached herewith the 2xpages of copy of RC book indicating the hypothecation with GE COUNTRYWIDE Andheri east mumbai.

I visited your office at chintamani chambers in Andheri east mumbai which was not existent there as per the address given in your website and learnt that your office got relocated from the security gaurd.

A fresh certificate will help me remove the hypothecation, transfer of ownership, municipal taxes updated and the vehicle road worthy legally again which was impossible till the papers were found.

Thanking you in anticipation for your support/help as I am a 65 years old retired person and can not buy a new vehicle on loan too.
