    Geberit flush tank water is not stopping after it is filled up i.e., water overflows forcing me to turn off the water to flush tank. Kindly send a service engineer and fix it immediately.

          I am trying to register a service request for leaking flush tanks and the customer care is asking for the Dealer code from whom I purchased.

          I have purchased 6 + years back and dont have the details from whom the purchase was made during construction.

          This service is not even within warranty and paid for, however Gerberit is not taking the service request and insisting on Dealer information.

              The water was flowing continuosly . I had called the customer care and a technician arrivers . While removing the outer cover some parts have been broken and the screws had been rusted . The screws were anticorrosion yet it was rusted The technician put new screws and I have paid 160 rupees for the screws . Since it comes under warranty I want you to replace the outer cover since it's broken now . I am uploading the broken part and the screws . Kindly do the needful and replace the outer part .
