Leakage in flush tank.. Continue water dropping in WV, and other WV not a flush in WV, (total 9 flush tank checked )...

New Concealed tank water leak

I have bought 3 concealed tank for my new house and installed them in my bathrooms one of the tank, water keeps leaking inside my camode. I did opened ticked day installed sometime on Dec 4th 2020 G[protected].
