Serious problem of not attend ing service calls

Our gabrit cistern plate plate got off out to own exact position so please send your technician to check and rectify the same by this coming Tuesday

I think this company is providing waste service. They are not responsible to there customers.
People should avoid this company.
I called number of time.
I installed this flush tank 21 units in our hotel.
Somebody from trivandrum city supplied this. Now all of this units are not working properly.
I called them 6 times with in 4 days. They are asking dealer. I said the supplier. They may shut down there business. They need present active supplier in our city.
I dont want your advice to replace another reputed companies product.
Once we bought a special thing, u are the eresposible one to give service and support to us. Becuse it is a special and not general meterial. Should take resposibilty. We are spending money for not a short term purpose. So you are responsible.

I had complained about 10 flush tank leakage on your tollfree number yesterday, on[protected]. my complain number is g[protected] . technician Sandeep[protected] came in the evening and checked 2 flush tank and said he will not check in more than 2, He talked to Hitesh[protected] so he got the same answer too.
Your Mistry says that your plumber will correct it
Why the plumber will repair when my product is in warranty
The technician again talked incorrectly and said that he will not check in.
The technician did not even make his service report, the report was made on the second day.
I am not satisfied with your service. If my problem is not correct then I will take legal action.

I am pranav choudhary from erode T N, we recently purchased a flush tank concealer which is not working. We called the dealer here who sent a technician after a week, who said the tiles had to be broken as there was some issue inside, he left saying he would come again after it was done, but since past 15 days we are cintinuosly calling him, the dealer and your customer care TN and they say he would come the next day . Till date the next day hasn’t come . If such a reouted company cannot look into the customers grievances, it will definitely loose its credibility ! I was badly mistaken to choose it! Pls look into the matter urgently and save me from further harassment !

I am residing in delhi. I have recently purchased 3 units of geberit concealed flush tanks and got installed in my house. This is to complaint that there is low pressure flow of water into tank of one of these 3 units and it takes long time to get it fully filled and flush the water with full pressure. Consequently one has to wait for a long time to re-use it.

I therefore request you to depute someone to sort out my problems at the earliest.

These units are under warranty and i have purchase bills with me.

We have a problem of water leakage for quite a long time. We have done many times and we have come to your engineer too but there is absolutely no solution to this. Please solve it.

There is leakage problem in geberit flush tank kindly repair it as soon as possible
The flush is under warranty its urgent as we are not able to use it and also there is huge wastage of water
Please take this compaint into consoderation and repair the flush as soon as possible. We tried to resolve the problem by ourself but the flush is not being properly working and we are not able ronuse it anyway so we require to resolve this problem urgently

I bought 5 sets of geberit flush solutions 2 years back. For some time, i am seeing leakage issue and water not flowing properly. I would like to see a technician coming and attending the problem. I am not able to use 2 of the 5 toilets without repair. I tried contactiing customer care number but not able to get through as the numbers are not working. Kindly help

Water seeming from tank so please repair this as soon as possible it's ten month ago we conseilid from your distrubiter in indore so please send your taknition for repair as soon as possible this is good water flash tank i satisfy from his work now after ten months some water seeming so repair this argent give us complain no and send your tecnition

Geberit consealed cisterns not working. The water continuesly flowing from the flust tank. I had called my plumber but he won't be able to find the solution and suggest me for complaint with company to find suitable solution. I had bought it from g h karia bathrooms fitting shop located in mulund west, mumbai around three years back. The invoice of it was not available.

I changed earlier changed my washroom equipment with these people twice earlier for which they dint provide any bill to us and even after replacement their equipment failed and the water leakage continued. When i called them 2-3 days back they registered a complain frommy side and said they would send a technician in 3 days. Today when i received a call from the technician he dint know to talk in any other language apart from telugu. I tried to explain in my address in every way possible but he could not even describe the landmark where he was standing. When i called him up again his call was on wait and i called him more then 20 times and for my surprise his number was switched off. This is the kind of service that geberit is providing. Clear mental torture early in the morning.

Purchased 4 out of which 2 are not working properly. Purchase and installation done by contract builder... Who himsel[censored]nable to rectify the error. Pls helpthe friction is loose.
It gets stuck often... Water keeps leaking... Also the pressing bitton the friction is less.. It gets much inside and then the water comes to flush.. And the flushing quantity is unlike the othed two ehich have no prbm from day1

It was purchased last year by the builder whom we gave the contract to build..4 were installed out of which 2 both on the same side of the floors have problem.. The washrooms above and below.. Pls eectify asap coz i have my bedridden father.

Its regarding geberit flush tank, last year i build new house in noida sector 105, for bathroom fitting i choose geberit cisterns.in all four bathroom i install geberit cisterns, but with in a 6 month i was sleepless for warring about leakage of water from all of four bathroom, any time any of bathroom cistron start leaking water, many days we are out of water whole my 2000 liter tank get empty in whole night. Every day we have fill tank for four people family. Lot of wastage of water and electricity. On every time engineer came and promise, now no leakage but with in 7 days again leakage. Now i fad up with complaining and seeing the same engineer same work of cleaning tank for every week, same reason he give hard water only. Is there any permanent solution? Can't we change accessories in warranty? So at-lest we can live life for atlest six months. If you don, t have solution please take all four ciston free of cost from my side. I will install other brand. Pathetic experience of gaeberit bathroom fitting.

I moved into the house an year back and i have been raising complaints consistently for one of the flush tank leakage almost from the time i entered the new home. All the times it was cleaned without any service charges. Even this time 26/4/2018 when i was getting it serviced i thought it was free of charge but it was not and was charged 300 for the service e charges and was told a part was broken by the service technician and said it would...

Made an urgent complaint on 05/02/18 vide complain id g[protected] for leaking flush where water was flushing out continuously but no one came so i again called many times but still no one came till date. Again on 17/02/18 i complained but still no one came till date. More than 15 days continuously leaking flush can you imagine the quantity of water wasted. I want some one before 9:30 tomorrow morning. After that we will have to go consumer forum only.

We have purchased your concealed cistern from kashmir paints & hardware store, central market lajpat nagar-2 new delhi-110024 installed at gurudwara it is under warrantee period. The cistern is found to be leaking the water continously in the seat. Pl arrange for attaining compliant.

Please send a service person to house no. 44, navjyoti colony, hapur 245101, u. P., india to resolve the following:
1. One flush tank continuosly leaks water in the cistern - needs repair
2. Another flush tank is out of order (Flush does not supply water into the cistern) - need repair.

We have been facing problem from over a month and our phone call complains have not been addressed yet.

We purchased concealed cistern flush tanks from geberit a couple of years back.

Request a quick action for redressal of the above complain.

Geberit fitting concealed tank inner set and fitting complaint quick fast my complaint in service. The plumber said that it did not fit. So please send your service man to my house f0r fitting concealed tank in the wall. Take action my complaint as soon as possible. My house is located at t. S. P school back side. Netaji nagar, therukkukadu road attur salem district.
