Sir, we have installed two geberit flash tanks, in one flash tank the water is constantly leaking from 3 days.the product was taken from M.P and sons in kataraguppe..plz look into the matter as early as possible with regards, Vijayakumar S C ph no:[protected]

My bathroom's flush tank is continuously leaking and I need some one to come around for its repair.

I purchased a new Flushing system and installed it on 19 April 2016. It was leaking after closing. My service request no.is GEIN00077560 on 22 April. The company promised to attend within 3 days but evev after 7 days minor has attended. Totally disappointing.

I had purchased 5 geberit concealed cisterns for my house located in medahalli and after installation one of the cistern water does not stop after flushing. I had to shutoff the valve since water is continuously leaking. Kindly provide me with the repair/service.

Hi Team,

I am one of the flat owners of Lakefield homes apartment, Varthur. Here we have around 64 individual flats with a majority of 3 bedrooms. We have geberit concealed flush tanks fit on everybathroom. So there are almost 140 flushtanks of geberit on a rough count for the total bathrooms. None of these flushtanks are able to function properly as they do not stop water once the flush tank gets filled . Instead the water starts leaking and we had to go for an additional water tanker (Rs.1100) per day for the whole apartment for the water supply. As a result per month we spend Rs.33000 extra due to the Geberit leakages and this water simply gets wasted as well. We tried all the possibilities of removing the spare parts and cleaning it and installing it again. None of it had worked.

Hence could you please have a look at this and advice is this can be fixed ?

Water is not stopping after flushing

The concealed flush tank of Geberit installed in our flat in September 2014 is now overflowing continuously since past 8 days. It seems the ball-cock (stopper) is not working properly. Kindly send your mechanic immediately and help us stopping wastage of water.

Concealed flush system leak.

Awaiting a service person for almost a month. No one in sight. I have bought the system through the local dealer and inspite of repeated phone calls and assurances nobody appears to be bothered. It is asimple washer which needs to replaced. But only Geberit fixes. No third party washer is useful.

We registered our complaint for repair of Geberit concealed flushing system on 2nd Nov 2015 and the complaint no 58257 was given on toll free service no. But despite assurance no help was extended by Geberit. Every call was greeted with usual words "we are sorry for inconvenience" but nothing was done to resolve the complaint.

Again. on 9th Nov 2015, we reminded on helpline for delay in service. To our surprise they generated a new complaint No. GEIN00058906 and assured that some technician would definitely attend to the fault that day.

I feel, the customer must think twice before dealing with such unprofessional and incompetence companies.
