Geberit India — In Built Flush Tank Non Conformity (water Passing)

Dear sir,
I installed a Geberit Inbuilt Flush tank at My bathroom 9 month ago
I regret to inform you that we are not all happy with your product.
The complaint is a slight amount of water passing continuously .
Your company technician visited thrice and rectified.
But still the same complaint exists.
The Surprising thing is that the same type of product was installed in another bathroom and worked well without complaint.
The water feed from the same tank is the same line But the performance is different
I would like to treat this issue as a NCR(non conformity report) with your product.
I request your special attention on this issue and do the needful.
