Geberit Flush Tank Leakage

Address: Gali no.6, Meenakshi Colony,sunam (148028)

This is the second time I've encountered a leak in the flush tank, and it's unacceptable. When I try to fill the tank, water doesn't stay inside; instead, it all flows into the toilet bowl. This issue is preventing me from using the toilet. I expect this problem to be fixed properly so that it does not occur again....

          The flush tanks in both of our bathrooms are leaking continuously since we moved to our new house. This is despite of multiple servicing from the company's technician. They charge 300 for each flush but the problem would reoccur within a month or two from servicing. The technician say it is due to hard water. If this is true then the company should mention the same in their product specification and not fool customers. Ours is a new building and the same problem is occurring for almost all residents

                Hi, This complaint is regarding my Concealed Cistern ( Geberit ) from which i m facing problem continuously from so many days.

                I think the stop cock is not working properly so that after every flush the water fill the tank and than continuously overflowing in WC.

                This is also causing wastage of water.

                Request you to please arrange a technician as early as possible.

                    Dear sir,
                    I installed a Geberit Inbuilt Flush tank at My bathroom 9 month ago
                    I regret to inform you that we are not all happy with your product.
                    The complaint is a slight amount of water passing continuously .
                    Your company technician visited thrice and rectified.
                    But still the same complaint exists.
                    The Surprising thing is that the same type of product was installed in another bathroom and worked well without complaint.
                    The water feed from the same tank is the same line But the performance is different
                    I would like to treat this issue as a NCR(non conformity report) with your product.
                    I request your special attention on this issue and do the needful.

                              I had raised a complaint this morning for repair of my Geberit cistern that was continuously overflowing, the ticket number is G[protected], the same was attended by the Geberit technician Amit Kumar who told me that he will have to replace the basket to stop water overflow. Amit asked me to buy the basket from the market and give it to him for replacement. This is completely surprising and unacceptable as the original spare part has to be provided by the company. How would customers find it if the company itself cant provide the same? I called the Geberit Call centre again in the evening but they were not able to provide any solution.
