Geberit India — My complaint was not attended in 10 days

I have fitted a gebrit concealed flush tank . it seems that the float is not working. The water continuously flows out of it .I have Registered a complaint at the retail store from where I bought it on 2nd Feb 2016.The retail store name is Janata Sanitary, Angamaly, Ernakulam.Since I got no response I called the gebriet customer care directly and registered a complaint on 5 th Feb 2016. Then also I got no response. I called the customer care again on 12 the Feb 2016. Till now I haven' t got any assistance. It is very painful that a complaint is not even attended in 10 days, that too from a reputed company like yours. Hope you would respond quickly.
