Geek Retail — received fake product

I had purchase a product from this company and they have provided a fake product. Now i want to return this product and want refund for this product. From this company i received a call but ultimately they haven't provide me any refund. They have cheated lots of customer like me. Please take some initiative so that they can refund this money to me.
