I had purchase a product from this company and they have provided a fake product. Now i want to return this product and want refund for this product. From this company i received a call but ultimately they haven't provide me any refund. They have cheated lots of customer like me. I purchased pest repellent product on 5 th july 2018 after seeing the ad on my mails. The company claims the prouduct is most effective and suitable for households and offices, it will keep out all the cockroaches, mosquitos, rats, mice, spiders and chameleons from the houses once it's plugged in.
But, when i used it the rats and mice are coming inside my house from outside, mosquitos and chameleons are wandering inside my house at their own wish.
I am absolutely unsatisfied with your nasty silly product and i will never refer your product to my friends circle.
I am requesting you to return my money 480/- urgently to me.

I had already submitted a complaint regarding received prof polish leaked 80% bottle in open condition on dated 19 august 2018 from geekretail india pvt ltd through xbees courier against my order id. Awb:[protected], received 80% leaked products pro polish bottle in open condition.
Very surprised to see there is no email id and no contact no mentioned on the invoice.
I have suggested and requested for my money refund and to arrange return pick up of the product but still to get any response. Can't believe such a poor and cheap service.
Again suggesting and warning to geek retail and xbees courier both companies to refund my money back of rs. 480 within 7 days upto 21st september 2018 or get ready to face the music. Regards, manish bhalla. Ambala cantt. [protected]

I had ordered pest repellent from geek retail pvt ltd. Gst no 27aadcb8016f1zw mumbai 421302, but on 2nd aug. 2018 i received different product with chip quality. When i order the product it is totallly different from which i received and it is produce horrible noise. Immediately i longed complent and ask for refund.
Today, 1st sept. 2018, i received a call form a leady, asking about complent. When i asked for the refund she said that they dont have refund policy.
I want my money back.

The pest reject machine delivered is different from the one i ordered. Also the quality is not good and though its supposed to be ultrasonic its not and creates irritating noise. I just want to return the same and get a refund. The phone number given is not reachable and no reply to messages too. Also the product sent for rs. 480 as cod is worth only rs. 160 on amazon site.

The product was delivered in defective condition (Plastic case broken and emits audible buzzing sound disturbing to people. I want to return the product and claim my refund of rs. 480/-. The product appears to be a fraudulent one marketing substandard products and committing fraud on consumers. It needs to be exposed on social media. I saw the ad on facebook and i intend to notify facebook forgiving space to such shady companies

I ordered the Pest Repellent and paid Rupees 480 rupees by Cash on Delivery. The product was delivered by expressbees .But I got a faulty product and it is not working properly. I complained but the customer care asked me to mail it but no mail id is provided by the company.

Checked it after making cash payment which is in damage position and which is not working
I am sure they supplied duplicate product which is not at all working want to return back your product and get back my cash
I have not received a message also for delivery the product
I do not receive the invoice after delivery the product
