I purchased a 8kg capacity model 8800 Washing machine in March 2019 which is still under warranty.
There is too much noise and vibrations from the motor.
Representative who visited here was not able to fix. There is no follow ups no replacement nothing from company side.
I think geepass don do customer service or it's not necessary for them.
However, I have done mistake buying from geepass. If company can confirm they don do service then I can look out or for other machine.
