    Asalamualaikum sir I have purchased a product one day before of 22 may 2021 but it's not working while I open the box its didn't cut the hair so kindly I regarded the certain people working in the hyper panda of taif saudi arabia and the staff in the counter is behaviour is to harsh and disrespect to me while he approach so pls kindly replace or dont sell this type of defective peices to customer if customer complaints pls try to change this item and replace their satisfaction to customers

      I purchased a 8kg capacity model 8800 Washing machine in March 2019 which is still under warranty.
      There is too much noise and vibrations from the motor.
      Representative who visited here was not able to fix. There is no follow ups no replacement nothing from company side.
      I think geepass don do customer service or it's not necessary for them.
      However, I have done mistake buying from geepass. If company can confirm they don do service then I can look out or for other machine.

        I have purchased geepas trimmer model number gsr110 al madina super market, from fujairah, sheikh hamad bin abdullah road new to choitram.

        They have given me defective product which i found on same day so i returned the same day that is 12th june 20 (Purchased as well as returned)

        Trimmer was not as per intended usable and also battery was not working. So i returned them... It is being now 7 days.. I asked them refund because i returned same day... As i can not rely on product which was not working on same day.. How can i rely for future.. So please request you to make an appropriate steps.. And please provide my refund amount.

          I sent the GEEPAS RECHARGEABLE FAN to GEEPAS customer care centre at Thrissur for servicing (JOB No. 60072)on 18.06.2018. Now it's been celebrating 1st anniversary. still they trying to repair my product. I Contact the customer care so many times, they say the spare parts coming from Dubai. Still they can't receive from Dubai. So, please arrange to service my product as soon as possible.

          I hope kindly do the needful.

            I would like to submit my complaint that Spare cutting blades for Geepas Chopper Model GC6696 is not avalible since long time at Geepas Customer Care Riydadh Saudi Arabia. I am unable to use my chopper since months. I am loosing trust on Geepas products for the lack of support on spare cutting blades which is common item.
            I would like to submit my complain on this forum to take notice of loosing customers on Geepas products due to lack of After sale service.

              Dear Sir,

              This complaint is regarding the GEEPAS Customer care center located at Thiruvananthapuram. I am an NRI, working in Abu dhabi, I had purchased Month of May 2016 one GEEPAS Rechargeable fan Model GF989, which was faulty Warranty period. I gave the product to GEEPAS customer care center at Thiruvananthapuram, by Direct. Now it's been more than 1 month(Job Number:- 3132), till now the product has not been repaired and returned. I Contact the customer care number so many times, they say the spares are not available, it has to come from Dubai. So I would like to report this as a complaint, and expect some solution for this problem.

                sir i have been send my portable dvd in warranty period by the authorised service provider @ tirur before two months ago. after that i contacted the service provider for getting my dvd player. he told me that player is not reached back yet, it sent to company for repairing. my job no is 1846 . pls give me a solution for this

                  Sir, I have forwarded A GEEPAS Torchlight through DTDC Courier Service in Cherthala, Alappuzha Dist. for repair to GEEPAS Customer Care Centre at Vadakara, Kozhikode, in October, 2013. They have informed me to remit Rs.500/- (towards the cost of Battery) in their A/c without informing the A/c No. I have conntacted them several times for getting the A/c No. but I haven't got any reply till 13.03.2014. They have informed me to remit the cash in A/c No.[protected]Mob. Message from [protected], Job No.35767) I have remitted the cash in the Canara Bank, Thuravoor, Cherthala on 15.03.2014. Today (ie 08.04.2014) I have contacted them and they haven't given me a clear answer. Kindly take necessary steps for clearing this case as soon as possible.

                  Very shame for geepas like big companies. gsr8160, given for repair at angel guard at ernakulam wide job sheet no 3613 dt.30.08.2017. More than three months no call or mail.
