Geetanjali Salon — Inappropriate staff behaviour

I visited with my mother for her hair touch up on 14th August 2026 at Geetanjali salon Pacific Mall ( Subhash Nagar branch). My mother asked the staff for only single touch up but she has been forced to do double touch up. On denial the staff said either you have to do double touch up or we will not do anything. During her pedicure she has been forced to select the more costly procedure once she denied and asked them to do the normal pedicure they completed the procedure in a really unsatisfactory manner and said thats all we can do for the normal version. It was a really unsatisfactory way to serve someone. Completely unsatisfied with the service.
