Hello everyone

This is to bring to your notice my recent experience at geetanjali salon select city walk mall (28.06.24) I have been very regular and loyal customer at this particular geetanjali salon and all geetanjali salons in delhi and Gurgaon whenever i am unable to visit saket.

I would like to bring to your notice the highly unprofessional behaviour by the staff and the stylist named ROHIT VERMA.

I have been a regular client of rohit's and have always gotten my hair done from him, sometimes even worked my work schedule around his just to get my hair done.

But this time, i was treated really badly, 3 days before the appointment i showed him a reference pic of the kind of colour i wanted,

And on the day of appointment, the moment i sat, i showed him the same pic and also made very very clear that i DO NOT WANT RED TONE HAIR, he literally coloured my hair in a red tone and then started laughing and saying "its not red" when clearly i could see red reflections.

I asked the entire staff saying please help me and tell me if my hair is looking red everybody just smirked and laughed and nodded heads. Is this a way to treat a client who has been so loyal to a particular brand? I would have understood and changed my mind had ROHIT told me that he will not be able to achieve my desired hair colour choice, but colouring someone's hair red even when they specifically asked not to is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I came back and got it toned and then my hair became extremely dark, the whole staff made a mockery out of me and i was almost in tears

After spending so much money i got bad hair and humiliation as well.

How can you treat a client like this ? You dont even treat a sweeper at your home like this, laughing and making a mockery out of someone.

I am not getting my hair done for free, i am paying you guys my hard earned money,

Everyday i wake up and look at my hair i feel like crying because i cannot get a hair colour change every other day.

You guys have literally broken my spirit to feel confident, and the worst part is, in the name of fixing it, you made me look even more stupid,

Why would you do this to me ?

I have been nothing but nice and loyal, i have even recommended all my friends to get their hair done from ROHIT VERMA, but why did he make a fool out of me, he should have been honest with me, even writing this email i feel like crying and the anger in me is getting bigger everyday, looking at my face every morning and being into tears everyday is the reason i am writing this email and I WANT TO TAKE THIS COMPLAINT FORWARD, I WANT GEETANJALI CITY WALK TO PAY FOR THEY DID TO MY HAIR.

Everyday i go to work looking like a fool, how can one take their client for granted ? So much granted that you sit and laugh and what you have done to my hair.

I am living with the worst hair of life only because i trusted GEETANJALI AND ROHIT god knows why !

Everybody spends their hard earned money at your salon, only to look and feel good not to make a food of themselves,

They peeled off my skin and also charged me higher on the rate mentioned in rate list as they say our operater mrs. Kirti has put lot of time, the skin is sensetive, the skin was perfect but the operator does not know how to do waxing as she has just experience of 4 years but she also instead me to take Rs 2500/- service instead of Rs 1600/- when had a word with the manager of the saloon she also said said the same thing and charged me Rs.4626/- and the physical bill was also not provided.

Kindly raise a complaint against unacceptable behaviour for Mr Hemant who. works like a goon and is indulging in harassment of customers by refusing appointments and does not answer his phone calls...

I would like to lodge a complaint of harassment against the owner of Geetanjali studio Sector 50 Noida who is least interested in customer address also and does not have courtesy to respond to calls. Kindly call me back [protected]. i will explain thanks

Geetanjali salon in dlf mall of india in noida sector 18, staff of that is very miss behaving and lier . Their staff give me wrong product for using and when I use it I start feeling itching and redness on scalp . When I go there and ask him he refuse but after seeing in computer he say that he give me this product, very bad . My curse to all member that they will have to pay for this . My money is waste, their money will also be waste in somewhere for sure, Bcz it is karma . They have to face in their life somewhere .

I am a Pune resident and went to my hometown Allahabad, UP for few days last month. Where I went to Geetanjali Salon, Civil lines, Allahabad for my hair colour treatment on 31-03-23 . I went for global hair colour. And as I have had pré highlighted hair on the half ends, I confirmed from the hair dresser that the bleached hair portion should not come out again. And after confirming from him only that it won’t show up i went for this whole hair colour process. His clear words were, ‘ No this bleach colour will go forever once you do this new colour’. And it’s been just 22 days and I have washed my hair only 4-5 times and the bleach colour is visible. When i tried complaining them they start blaming my shampoo. I use Loreal Colour Protectant Shampoo. When the hair dresser told me that the bleach colour won’t show up, he didn’t even mention that only if you use specific shampoo. And after so many complaints they are asking me to come back to allahabad for another service which is not possible for me. So either I want you to provide me this service in your Pune’s branch or otherwise provide me my refund. I live in Pune and it is not possible for me to travel to allahabad just for this hair colour

This is Gentajali salon at sector 69 gurgoan. I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done. Informed the practitioner that the hair growth is less and she be little mindful while doing the task. But she ruin my eyebrows. One thik and other thin. I am looking like a clown now. When asked them for solutions they said we can't do anything. Just wait till it grows back and don't give money. I paid the money asked them to find a solution. And now they are saying that our practitioner is the best don't know what was the problem with your eyebrow. It literally humiliating

This is Rohit Mahindra and writing this email on behalf of my mother and friend who went to your GEETANJALI SALON HARSH VIHAR BRANCH YESTERDAY.

The most horrible and unimaginable incident has been happened wherein you guys have charged bloody Rs 10600 for facial 5130 for each person and even during the facial.my mother and fiance was telling that it's burning my face and your ### staff keep on said it's okay it happens...

Reference to the enclosed advertisement dated 6th August 2021, wherein the offer clearly says Flat 50% discount at Geetanjali Salon in Dwarka Vegas Mall, Delhi. I got in touch with the Salon staff "Mr Sadah" on 8th August who was not ready to listen, extremely rude and refused for hair service asked me to take one specific face service, as their computer system doesn't support this. Asked me to go and complaint who ever i wish to and did not help even a bit in the whole process. When Asked them them about the services i need and not what you offer, they mentioned that it is all fake advertisement and mistake of Mall Authorities to advertise such offers in the news papers. While i tried my best to connect with someone senior in their company. I connected to Apoorva Pandey on 9th August - Head Marketing and Operations who promised for a resolution but later stopper responding. I need to complain about the offer not received as per the advertisement just because the computer system doesn't support.

I went for rica waxing on 7th july to model town geetanjali salon.

Got multiple rashes and bruises all over my arms and there were areas where the skin was torn apart.

I dropped them a mail stating the same but there was no response from them. I even called them up but to no avail.

A review for the same was posted and a follow up mail but there is n reply from their end.

After being left with no option, i had to bring up this situation here.

They don't take their customers seriously. I still have rashes on my skin along with spots of the same.

They should hire professional people or at least listen to the problems their clients are facing, and try resolving them instead of just ignoring the mails & calls.
