General Post Office — Said go to other post office

I went to jamnagar district, kalavad p.o.branch for pli primium but they said to go at your village p.o. and every Saturday after 12:30pm they said not come after 12:15 p.m.at p.o.due to this I could not able to pay my primium at time Please take some step for my Disseticfaction
