Genial Exploring is fake tourism and travel company with fake people. They are giving you fake commitments and not providing services as promised.
We have invested and took membership of 75800 on 13/05/2022 from them.
As I paid the money through credit card they told me it will be converted to emi but it was not converted, then I reached out to them and they told me to convert it by yourself and will refund the interest amout.
But after paying money and converting to emi I had to pay 12000 emi interest amount which takes total amount to 87800, I have asked for the emi interest refund amound through mail and calls more than 100 times but to no avail.
Also for any sevices asked they are not picking call, I have the mail trail for the same.
As I have been frustated with continuosly tracking and running after them am raising complaint regarding Genial Exploring Pvt Limited.
Due to continous false promise I was frustated and asked about cancelling membership and refund of my money, which they are denying.
They are not refunding my money and of many other people.
It is the hard earned money which they taken and run away.
