We have invested and took membership of 75800 on 13/05/2022 from them.
As I paid the money through credit card they told me it will be converted to emi but it was not converted, then I reached out to them and they told me to convert it by yourself and will refund the interest amout.br...

Genial Exploring is such a fraud company. We have invested one lakh forty thousand on Jan 2023 . On mailing and calling for services, the employees who are all fraudsters just gave baseless reasons.
They only know to trap customers, get their hard earned money and fly away. On visiting their office, east court at viman nagar as well as Baner which was their head office to know that they have already left that place months ago.
So here is new way, where by betraying customer they make their money.

I took membership (with Rs 45k) and since I took it I am only sending the emails to them. They are not replying to mail and or not even receiving the call. When I visited to their office they gave fake reason as internet is not working (even though they are connected with office wifi on their personal mobile phones).
When I asked for cancelling the membership they directly denied for this.
I need either service or my money back

I have received a call from Raj[protected] on 25 Aug as you won a gift hamper and you need to collect it from below office address.

When I reached at this location they tried to sell their packages and told lots of benifit of their packages if purchase 55 k packages than they provide 1000/ month shopping Boucher to me till 36 month, one night dinner in 5 start, booking of banquet hall for two times and 14 days 3 star and 4 star stay at any location for holiday for lifetime, gym or coaching facility for 24 month.
I purchase their package and give him 25 k for that they provide slip and than they informed to me sign a agreement meanwhile other process are going on and after that they start to fill agreement.
After that I leave office and call back on given numbers but no one responded I send text message and what's up to both person that I don't want your package and no need to further process.
Next day I visit office and asked him to return my 25 k amount as I don't want your package. Than they denied it is not possible to return money I asked him as my full payment is also not done so how you process than they asked as per agreement you can take 40% only as return of given amount I asked him to return money 40% than he asked it's also not possible. You must use my service than only 40% return can possible and in 25 k they will only provide 6 night 7 days package in any 3 or 4 star hotel in any location without any pay.
After that I received a mail from team which I have attached as you can go for 7 day/6 night package in any city and 1166/ night you have to pay further for it and no refund policy is there.
I want to refund my money not interested in any type of package provide by them.

NOTE: THE BOND PAPER THEY WILL PROVIDE THEY ARE FAKE.. I WENT TO POLICE TO CHECK THIS DOCUMENTS.. SO DON'T BELIEVE ON GENIAL EXPLORING " THEY WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP" AS WELL..

They are not providing me any service and they have my money of rupees 75000/-

I called them 100+ times to get the service as per agreement but they not picking up my calls...
